Privacy Policy

VideoProject ("we") turns the walkthrough videos you upload into structured project plans. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Uploads: the videos you submit and the description/context you provide.
• Generated content: the analysis data and task plans we generate from your videos.
• Usage: basic activity such as login times and credit history.

How we use it

• To analyze your videos and generate your project plans.
• To operate your account, including the credit system.
• To send essential account email (verification, password reset). Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime.

Processing & third parties

Videos are processed on our cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure). Data we generate from your video is sent to an AI model provider to generate your plan. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & deletion

Uploaded videos are removed after processing completes. You can delete a project — and its associated data — at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account removes your projects and their files.

Your choices

You can update your settings, delete projects, and request account deletion. For privacy questions or requests, use the feedback form.
